Christmas Season

We had such a great December, it's hard to catch all the activities! In this series of pictures, you'll see a few from Brady's school Christmas program which was "A Christmas Story". This year the kids actually sang instead of just standing there like last year. It was really cute, although Brady decided to keep lifting up his shirt to show the audience... such a proud moment for us! We also went to see Toy Story on Ice at the Pepsi Center which was a huge hit! Meema & Papa joined us and we all really enjoyed the show. We hosted our supper club group and had a lot of laughs as we exchanged white elephant gifts. We were thankful that Teagan didn't start crawling before Christmas so we could enjoy our trees... Ben and his dad cut ours down again up near Winter Park. Brady was able to add a lot of ornaments to his tree this year that he helped pick out. We went to our first ugly sweater party which was great fun... and boy did we look tacky! Our elf "T-Rex" as Brady named him was always watching at our house and Brady loved coming downstairs every morning to see where he would be and also to open a door on his advent calendar. On the 22nd we got our first real snowstorm that left over a foot of snow which gave us our first white Christmas. My mom and brother came in on the 21st so witnessed the snow and it was the first time my mom had had a white Christmas in over 30 years.
