Ben's birthday, Ruby Hill sledding and Christmas Eve

Ben's birthday (which falls on Christmas Eve) was packed this year! Ben, Meema, Papa, Mimi, Markie and Brady all met up with some friends at Ruby Hill for some sledding. The snow storm a few days earlier left some great sledding conditions and despite the fast terrain there were no serious injuries - for kids or adults.

We went to mass at MPB at 3pm which was followed by appetizers and drinks back at our house to celebrate Ben's 35th. It's such a blessing to be able to spend Ben's birthday with family every year.

And in true New Mexico tradition, we set out Luminarias to ensure that Jesus finds his way to our house on Christmas Day. Amazon.com made sure Santa did too.
