Teagan meets her great grandma!

We flew to Chicago for a Notre Dame football game and took the opportunity to visit my grandma and allow Teagan to meet her great grandma! This was so incredibly special. My grandma is definitely suffering from heavy dementia and she lost my grandpa last year. She just loves seeing babies and especially when they are her great grandchildren! She has 5 great grand kids and this is just the 2nd girl. We really enjoyed seeing her and knew that it really brightened up her day when we showed up unexpected. She has met Brady several times so he had fun seeing her again and of course getting into everything in her place. She continues to live alone in an assisted living facility which suits her needs perfectly. She suffers from congestive heart failure; however, her heart is in better shape than it has been in the last few years. If she wasn't suffering from the dementia you'd think she was 75 when in fact she turns 90 next year! We love her dearly and hope that we will get to see her again next year!
We also got to see my Uncle Jim who is a corn/soybean farmer and Brady got to ride with him on his combine... he thought this was pretty cool!
