June 2010

June has been a great month! I've already posted on our move and Ben's first tri-athalon. We started our nanny share with our friends the Welsh's - they have 9 month old Siena. So far it is working out great - kids, parents and nanny all getting along well!
Judy took Brady to Tiny Town which is a great little mini town for kids. He really liked the train and kept saying Choo Choo! We are enjoying our first real summer (since most of you know that SF doesn't really have a summer!) Ben and Brady have fun playing out back. Brady continues to be very sports focused... he loves Biballs (basketball), Sokr - loves watching World Cup!, and of course baseball - which he manages to say very clearly. He has his own basketball hoop which has been a great source of entertainment.
Recently Brady is very interested in his books. He wants us to read several books before bed... 1 or 2 is usually not enough. It's amazing how quickly his vocabulary continues to develop. He just started focusing in on possessions... so anything I hold, Brady yells "Mamas!" He hasn't picked up sentences yet, but you can tell that's just around the corner.
