Labor Day weekend with "the Mimi's"

We had a great Labor Day weekend with "the Mimi's". For those of you who don't know who they are - the original Mimi is my mom and the other is my Auntie Ann. When Brady was about 2, we visited my Aunt in Illinois and Brady was very confused by how much she looked like his Mimi, so started calling her "the other Mimi". We thought it was pretty cute, so it stuck! We loved having them out to visit and the highlight of our weekend was our day trip up to Vail. We took the gondola to the top, enjoyed the views and had lunch. We also watched Brady go on a bungee trampoline which he loved and even did a few flips. There were a few miniature horses which Teagan loved petting. We didn't know, but the Vail Jazz fest was going on, so that was fun to see. Brady also got to play the carnival sledgehammer game with the famous Ryan Sutter at the Vail fire department. I think several of the women were a bit jealous that Brady was the one getting attention from Ryan. He seemed happy to take a break from having to take pictures! The rest of the weekend was spent enjoying the Denver weather, hanging out outside and visiting with friends.
