We spent a week down in Orange County for the Thanksgiving Holiday. As usual, it was BUSY! We went to Sea World with both families on Tuesday which was quite fun. I hadn't been since I was a kid, so it was fun to go back. Brady loved the pet show - where dogs, cats etc dressed up and did a Christmas skit. He also loved the Elmo playworld - I had to chase him up a huge roped wall... that was interesting! He was pretty intrigued by Shamu; however, the playground was still his favorite. We stayed the whole day and tried to do it all :)
The rest of the week was spent getting together with lots of my high school friends and their kids, and spending quality time with Mimi, Beepa and Markie. We had our annual Thanksgiving potluck dinner at Laguna Beach and the weather turned out to be gorgeous, despite a chance of rain. Ben, his parents and the kids went up to visit Ben's great uncle Bud in Hermosa Beach on Friday. We had dinner with Jen and Flip on Saturday night and then got together again on Sunday so the kids could play. Brady & Rilynn always have so much fun together and it was great to meet baby Braden!
Fun times with friends and family - we truly have so much to be thankful for!!
